Come a long way... Just a bit more...	Working on landscaping and painting at the same time is not the best for the paint... One more coat should do it after the house gets a nice rinsing... What do we think about brick from the old chimney around the bottom of the posts? Or should I just put a block of cedar? Yes, that's Mom helping.
Someday the white picket fence and living things will be added. There's lots of photos of the inside, but it's still so unfinished grrr. I will wait until the trim pieces are in first. Since I missed the housing inspectors deadline, I now have 30 days to get the "legal" issues dealt with, but I still need the appraiser to come... which can't be called until both legal and cutesy things are done.
